Shipping policy

At Numi Limited (LLC) (“Numi & Co”, “we”, “our”), we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and handled within the United Arab Emirates.


1. Where We Deliver

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.

International shipping is not yet available.


2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods (e.g., launches, promotions, holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.


3. Delivery Times

Standard UAE Delivery

  • Abu Dhabi & Dubai: 2–3 business days

  • All other Emirates: 3–4 business days

  • Remote areas may require additional time

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unexpected circumstances.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two (2) times.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, redelivery fees may apply.

Please ensure your contact number and address details are accurate when placing an order.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and link to follow your package’s progress.

If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is:

  • Marked as delivered but you have not received it

  • Lost in transit

  • Damaged upon arrival

Please contact us within 48 hours at info@numiandco.com with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Tracking number (if available)

  • Photos (for damaged items)

We will assist you with a courier investigation and next steps.

Note:
We are not responsible for packages after they are marked as delivered by the courier, but we will support you in resolving the issue.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, delays may occur.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If the parcel is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.


9. In-Store Pickup

We currently do not offer local pickup.
