1. Returns Eligibility

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order items


3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that meet the return eligibility requirements and are received within the 7-day window.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the desired item is not available, you may:

  • Request a refund (if eligible)


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will replace the item at no cost to you or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for lost return parcels.


6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective

If rejected, the item will be returned to you at your cost.

8. Final Sale Items

Orders may only be cancelled before they have shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, you must follow the return process above.
